Salesforce Certification is not to teach you the usage of applications like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Salesforce Certification is designed so that experienced Salesforce professionals can demonstrate their knowledge.
If you have some experience in software but you are not an expert in Salesforce.com – during the process of preparing for the certification exams you will gain a far higher level of understanding about the product than if you simply waited to acquire by experience.
If you do not have experience or deep knowledge of the Salesforce.com we recommend you to start sooner. You can start by taking a training program.
If you are looking for end user training we have few courses available. However there are no certifications for end users.
